Music is written on five lines and four spaces. Below is the treble clef we use our right to play this clef. We play with our right hand from middle-C to the right. Above, the scale of C Major has no sharps or flats.
There is only one sharpe in the Scale of GMajor – this is F sharp – so every you see will be a sharp.
There are two sharps in the Scale of D Major – F and C sharp.
There are three sharps in the Scale of A Major – F – C – G Sharp
There are four sharps in the Scale of E Major – F – C – G – D Sharp
